J. Taylor Wright, Founder & Principal Consultant
As the Founder and Principal Consultant, Taylor Wright leads with purpose, innovation, and a deep commitment to empowering small businesses throughout South Carolina and beyond. Based in the heart of Lexington, SC, Mr. Wright specializes in guiding entrepreneurs and small organizations toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
With a strong foundation in business planning and organizational strategy, Mr. Wright is responsible for the creation and development of tailored business plans designed to help small businesses thrive. He works closely with clients to enhance service quality, solve complex operational challenges, and optimize internal structures using proven best practices.
He specializes in creating strategic plans aligned with client goals, delivering tailored training for sustained success, building cross-sector partnerships, analyzing financial performance, and engaging professionally with vendors, stakeholders, and community partners.

Wendy L. Wright,
Corporate Executive Advisor
Wendy L. Wright currently provides her services to Taylor Made Consulting & Design as the Executive Advisor. Ms. Wright brings with her over 25 years of administrative operations and management experience. Notable positions of her professional career include Assistant Regional WIOA Operations Manager at Midlands Workforce Development Board and Claims Adjudicator at Department of Employment and Workforce. Her educational background includes an Associates in Paralegal Studies from Midlands Technical College and a Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, with focus in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
As the Executive Advisor to Taylor Made, she is instrumental in advising corporate strategy and business development throughout the organization. She coordinates directly with the Principal Consultant on all matters of operations management and implements policies and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
